Jackson’s favorite movie… “Ion Keen” (The Lion King) – He can name all the animals and movie characters in that opening scene, including the fireworks over the castle at the beginning.
Jackson’s favorite TV show…any crazy fishing or nature show with Daddy…or Little Bear in the mornings while Mommy gets ready for work.
Jackon’s favorite song…He sings a lot (“Jesus Loves Me,” ABCs, “Twinkle Twinkle”), but he always asks for the “wild song” and “nums” (drums) on the VBS cd from last year.
Jackson’s favorite books…Shapes, Oh fish, oh fish, oh fish, oh fish (“One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish”), “Mr. Brown Can Moo,” “The Very Hungry Caterpillar,” Fasosocks (“Fox in Socks”), Bears and Bwikes (“Bears on Wheels”)
Jackson’s favorite drink…nah nah milk (chocolate milk) – hands down.
Jackson’s favorite food…all meat and potatoes really, but he’ll ask for ninin and fwies (chicken and fries) by name. Bubeddies (blueberries) are also a fav.
Jackson’s favorite sport…babetball (basketball), and mostly b/c Daddy is always watching it, and they play it together.
Jackson’s favorite team…Go Gogs (what else?), though he’ll also chant “Go Beefs” (Go Chiefs) too.
Jackson’s favorite quote… “Watch this y’all.” “C’mon, man!”
Daddy’s favorite Jackson word… “Fooney” (aka, smoothie)
Mommy’s favorite Jackson word… “Youp Youps” (aka, Fruit Loops)
In other news…I have discovered dove chocolates with cherry swirl thanks to one of my darling students. I’m in love.
